Succeed In Business Through Innovation

  • Customer-Centric Approach, Key to Service Excellence:
To create a model that boasts of service excellence, an organization has to focus on building a customer-centric approach. It has to focus on two aspects to achieve service excellence – customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction. A wise management understands the correlation between highly satisfied employees and satisfied customers. It therefore focuses on the well-being of its technical and non-technical staff and creates positive and service-oriented work environment for them to achieve high service levels.

Ways to Overcome Barriers

  • Take a different direction. When there is a stumbling block in your path, try to take a different direction, through the metaphorical woods for example. In other words, if you are faced with a barrier in your path and you don’t see any way to move forward, try to think of a solution outside of the box. Come up with something creative and you might find a way around the barrier.
  • Think about it from someone else’s perspective. Think about this problem pretending to be someone else. You might think of a solution that you would never have normally. Imagine that you are someone else that has had a great deal of success in business. What would they do if they were in that situation?
  • Try to think of a way to make the barrier smaller than it currently appears. For example, you might think that a problem is a huge, life-changing event that will prevent you from ever achieving your goals. But if you think about it for a while, you might find that it’s not nearly as big as you thought it was.
  • Take a break and let your subconscious mind do the work. When you have a

Personal Business Stimulus Has Arrived

We decided to ask our customers what has been working for them and here is what we found….

More Hours – Many of you are working harder and longer hours. This works for a while, however you must watch your health in this! Our personal machines are designed to work at a certain pace and distance. Make sure your other balance factors are considered no matter what!

Less Pay – Yes we all know that business owners are taking less pay, however many employees are willing to take less pay as long as the company can survive and make the distance. Extra hours for less pay, personal work time and straight time instead of overtime are just a few. It’s good to see the world pulling together to make it work!

Cut Extra Costs – Many businesses have to forgo the extras. Outings, food supplied meetings, extra supplies and high end extras are just a few examples. Companies are also shopping smarter for regular items. This seems to be making our purchasing decisions count. It’s good to be conscious, just don’t be foolish. Newspaper should only be read in the bathroom! (Sorry could not resist! – LOL)
